 Unitarian Universalism will grow only if it reaches spiritual maturity as a faith community, confident in its transformative power. The central issue isn't what needs to be done (we all agree!), but who can best harness and lead our faith. As the superb minister that she is, Laurel Hallman deepens our understandings and strengthen our commitments. She has a long term successful record in fund raising, people management, financial planning and organizational performance improvement.
